Choc Cup Cake

First time buat cupcake.. 2 resipi lagi.. tapi 1 resipi aku first time try (dari buku Kek Cawan Lynn Hassan) and satu lagi kek yg memang aku selalu buat..


Above resipi from Buku Kek Cawan Lynn Hassan.. Below choc cake yang aku biasa buat.. cuma this time aku masukkan lam cup..

and this is lebihan choc cake aku masuk dalam baking pan je la..

Bread Pudding with different recipe

ni try bread pudding recipe taken from the internet(allrecipes.com).. rajin betul aku buat ari ni.. sebab anak2 nak makan lagi.. tapi yg tadi dah abis.. so sempat aku buat sebiji lagi.. sebab rotinya ada.. aku tukar recipe sebab some bahan untuk buat the 1st recipe tadi tak de..


Warnanya agak gelap sebab ada letak serbuk cinnamon.. tapi rasanya mmg lazat..
Ingredients:
6 slices day-old bread
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.

Kek Coklat Kukus

Hari mencuba resipi kek ni.. first time buat kek coklat kukus.. the taste; hmm not bad la.. anak2 kata sedap.. tapi I still prefer kek coklat yang bakar punya..

Bahan-bahan
Bahan A
2 1/2 cawan tepung superfine
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
2 cawan gula perang
2 tsp soda bikarbonat
1/2 tsp garam

Bahan B
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan minyak
1 cawan air panas
1 tsp esen vanilla

Cara Memasak
1. Panaskan kukusan dan susun paper-cup dalam loyang
2.
Ayakkan tepung, serbuk koko dan soda bikarbonate.
3. Gaulkan semua bahan A.
4. Campurkan semua bahan B dan gaul hingga sebati. Kemudian masukkan bahan B tadi ke dalam adunan A. Gaulkan hingga sebati.
5. Masukkan adunan dalam paper-cup dan kukuskan selama 25 minit/ hingga masak dengan api yg sederhana.
6. Angkat dan hidangkan.

Lunch and Dinner

Tengah hari aku buat simple lunch je.. tu pun tengok resipi sebenarnya.. hehehe.. kari ayam..

and for dinner.. aku buat burger oblong tu.. ari tu beli kat kedai frozen food daging oblong.. so buat la for dinner.. bebudak and bapak budak mmg suka.. and aku ada hantar kat jiran sebab nak pulangkan pinggan dia.. sedap jugak rasa daging oblong ni.. cumanya selalu kalau aku beli kat pasar malam.. daging macam lebar sket.. tapi ni agak kurus.. tapi tak pe.. sebab dia sedap.. no problem.. hehehe..

Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream

Resipi: Jija
Petang tadi buat apple crumble.. dari semalam dah dapat resipinye.. tapi baru hari ni rajin nak buat..

Cara membuatnya:
Panaskan oven at 180 degrees
Cincang apple hijau (byk apple lagi best), buang kulit, susun kat bottom of casserole dishware (yg boleh masuk oven).
Pastu tabur gula perang muda on top, tabur serbuk kayu manis on top, sprinkle perahan oren, tabur dried cranberries, pastu tabur dried appricot yg dicincang, tabur campuran tepung dan butter (combine both without water, crumbly, dry) and then tabur almond flakes on top....
masukkan dalam oven, 20 mins.
kalau apple belum soft lagi, tambah la lagi berapa minit yg sesuai hehe.. pastu cedok and makan dgn eskem vanila...
by the way, cara buat yg atas ni copy from member tu.. but yg aku buat ni tak cukup bahan.. “perahan oren, dried cranberries, dried appricot" tak de.. aku gantikan dengan fruit mix and kismis.. tapi still rasa sedap..

Lunch Today

actually cakap kat husband, malas nak masak for lunch today.. nak rehat lagipun tak de bahan.. but bila tengok lam peti ais tu ada pulak sotong and udang.. so fikir punye fikir, masak je lah.. lagi pun cili mesin dah ada.. so jadiklah sambal sotong campur udang.. sotong tu ada lebihan masak sebelum ni.. so sikit je la sotong nye..
pastu ngah2 masak sambal ni, tengok ada foochok and soon.. beli dah lama tapi tak masak lagi.. since sayur pun tak de.. masak yg ni je la.. which is mmg my favourite dish pun..
